Alex is a Swiss / American photographer based in Geneva, Switzerland. Completely self taught, Alex decided to pursue a career in photography in 2010 and has seen tremendous growth in his client base in a short amount of time. His ability to diversify and excel across genres has led to clientele such as some of the world's best known corporations, luxury brands, celebrities, 5 star hotels, and Michelin starred restaurants. Our company entered in the Commercial Register Sàrl was founded in autumn 1997. Young Couple entrepreneurs, full of enthusiasm, we quickly gained a good reputation. The results of the first years has been very positive, both in management and in personal satisfaction. This success and the motivation to go to the meeting of the Lausanne and around customers, prompted us to operate in 2001 with a second confectionery tearoom in Geneva Crissier center and then in 2011 a third confectionery Rue Enning in Lausanne (St-Pierre). A fourth store opened in 2014 in the Signy center next to Nyon. We developed a parallel outside catering service delivering to companies or private appetizers, business lunch, or dessert buffets. Our range of homemade products are manufactures in our new lab we built in 2004 in St-Prex. The company employs about 94 people.

Domaine La Capitaine
Family estate of 11 ha. Located between Lausanne and Geneva, grown in Bio (bud) since 1994. A dozen different wines are produced. The winery combines tradition and innovation, between stainless steel and oak barrels. Reynald Parmelin, generation winemaker vintner generation, took over half the family estate in 1990 in parallel to a postmaster of viticultural practices to the University of Applied Sciences in viticulture and oenology in Changins / Nyon. The second half was taken over by his brother Yvan Bursins. Dad (Peter Parmelin), now retired, happy to help his two son according to his wishes and the weather. Expansion of the field in 1994 along with a conversion into bio making it the first certified organic field of Vaud. Second expansion stage in 2002 and construction of the new winery and barrel cellar in 2005.
