Philippe Pascoët is an award-winning master chocolatier from Brittany and is based in Carouge in the western part of Switzerland along the shores of lake Geneva.

Philippe's fresh innovative approach to chocolate concoctions has won him the admiration of gourmets and critiques alike. He won first prize for the best chocolatier in Geneva in 2008 and continues to win accolades for his creations.

A recent collaboration with chef Vineet Bhatia to create a line of chocolates with Indian scents exclusive to the Rasoi fine dining restaurant at the Mandarin Hotel in Geneva has been very popular.

Philippe is often inspired by aromatic notes and likes to incorporate new flavors into his chocolates. The rich scents of lavender and green apple caramel provide a sensory experience while herbs like thyme, sage, coriander and verbena are combined with rich chocolate to surprise and delight the senses.

His unique flavors and fine chocolates have won him a loyal fan following and customers wait patiently to discover the next sensational creation from Philippe Pascoët.

Final Verdict: We taste tested a box of assorted chocolates all of which were so delicious that it was difficult to decide which one was the best. Our favorite picks would be the Absinthe, Verbena, Passion fruit, Saffron, Lavender and Pistachio marzipan.
